Meyer lemon (Citrus x meyeri) is a cross between a pomelo/mandarin & a citron. Flowers are purple and white & trees reach upwards of 10 feet tall. The flavour of this lemon is much less sour and more fruity. Highly prized be restos & chefs. Fun variety to grow
