RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Return/Refund Policy ~ **SHIPPING ACROSS BORDERS** By placing an order you accept all risk entailed with shipping fresh perishable delicate fruit , minor damages upon arrival , your package being delayed, confiscated or destroyed by customs.

By placing an order you are securing your spot in line for the next available harvest of fruits. This timeframe is indeterminable and subject to many factors such as, wind, storms, cold, seasonal availability, logistics etc. At times we have enough on hand to send out orders the same day they are placed but this is not always the case. By placing an order you are agreeing to these details. 

We will not issue refund for any unfulfilled orders unless we confirm that we do not have access to those specific items. 

Returns on fresh fruit are NOT accepted. In the unfortunate event that your fruits are severely damaged to the point of being totally inedible please email pardessfarms@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving fruit with CLEAR photos of the product highlighting the issues.

Typically packages arrive in great condition we do everything in our ability to send fruit that will survive the journey. Once packages leave our warehouse anything shipping is out of our hands. 

We will not issue refunds if the damage is minor or cosmetic as this is in the nature of shipping fresh fruit.

The only acceptable possibility for any refunds are if the fruit is entirely inedible once cut open.  In the unfortunate event that your fruits are severely damaged please email pardessfarms@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving fruit with CLEAR photos of EVERY FRUIT RECEIVED IN YOUR ORDER in PROPER LIGHTING of the product CLOSED  and OPEN highlighting the issues. If the images are missing fruits contained in your box prior to shipping out your order we have all right to disregard your claim. 

If the box itself arrives damaged and/or late please submit a shipping claim with the courrier used for your shipment ex: DHL, UPS etc customer service and advise us of this issue.  

We recommend carefully tracking your package with the tracking number provided by the courrier. 

ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.  IF WE ARE MISSING ITEMS / CAN NOT SHIP A SPECIFIC ITEM DEPENDING ON AVAILABILITY AND RIPENESS OF FRUITS AND CANNOT GET A HOLD OF YOU PROMPTLY WE HOLD THE RIGHT TO MODIFY YOUR ORDER AND REPLACE ITEMS WITH THE NEAREST BEST SELECTION IN ORDER NOT TO DELAY SHIPPING.
