RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Return/Refund Policy ~ Due to perishability returns on fresh fruit are NOT accepted. In the unfortunate event that fruit arrives in unacceptable conditions please email pardessfarms@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving fruit with CLEAR photos of the product highlighting the issues. If the box arrives damaged and/or late please submit a shipping claim with Canada post and contact us aswell at pardessfarms.com 

**OUTSIDE OF CANADA ORDERS ** Please note, if you place an order outside of  Canada, you accept all risk of your package being delayed or confiscated by customs.

Typically, packages will arrive in good condition and we will do everything in our ability to send fruit that will survive the journey, but once the package leaves our shipping facility it is out of our hands. 

We recommend carefully tracking your package with the tracking number provided via email after we print the label for your box.

ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. IF WE ARE MISSING ITEMS / CAN NOT SHIP A SPECIFIC ITEM DEPENDING ON AVAILABILITY AND RIPENESS OF FRUITS AND CANNOT CONTACT YOU PROMPTLY WE HOLD THE RIGHT TO MODIFY YOUR ORDER AND REPLACE ITEMS WITH THE NEAREST BEST SELECTION IN ORDER NOT TO DELAY SHIPPING.
