This is a yellow Dragonfruit. It is known to be the sweetest of all! The flavour is very sweet with light tropical notes of yellow kiwi and candy citrus flavour. Highly prized and recognized to be the best Dragonfruit variety by all Pitahaya farmers for having the highest brix (sugar) content.
Save the skins! Once cut and the fruit eaten flip the skins inside out & use the inner part (white) to rub on your skin and face and see how smooth it leaves it! We use this all the time as yellow pitahaya is known to have anti ageing properties used in the cosmetics industry.
