Rambutan is a medium sized tropical tree producing round fruits related to lychee, longan, pulsan and mamoncillo. The name refers to its spines. Originally from Malaysia these are grown in Colombian microclimates allowing the fruit to have a maximum sweeteness and incredible texture. Texture is chewy crunchy and jelly. Flavour is sweet, floral & tropical.
